Senior Project Executive / Project Executive (Contract)

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

1. Report to the Project Manager and assist in the execution of projects that promote Hong Kong’s design, arts and culture through exhibitions, events, conferences, promotional campaigns and other creative activities held in Chinese Mainland.
2. Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project.
3. Provide general administrative duties support to the project team.
4. Assist in handling executional work for PR, media and social media promotion campaign for the overall events and each participating designers/ co-creators.
5. Handle logistics, data collections, overall coordination and insurance matters of events.
6. Handling communication, logistic and basic setup and move-in for event participants.

Experiences & Qualities

1. At least 2 years of experience executing exhibitions, events and promotional campaigns in Chinese Mainland. Past working experience in the creative, art & cultural field would be an advantage.
2. Self-motivated, result-oriented person with a passion for excellence, both as a team leader and team player in a small energetic team.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Open-minded and sensible in dealing with different people with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
4. Passionate in design, arts & cultural events.
5. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
