Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
- Report to the Project Manager and assist in the execution of projects that promote Hong Kong’s design, arts, and culture through exhibitions, events, conferences, promotional campaigns, and other creative activities held in Hong Kong or the Chinese Mainland.
- Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project.
- Handle logistics, data collection, overall coordination, and insurance matters for events.
- Manage communication, logistics, basic setup, and move-in for event participants.
Marketing & Copywriting Support
- Assist in handling executional work for PR, media, and social media promotion campaigns for the overall events and each participating designer/co-creator.
- Draft, edit, and polish engaging written content and copywriting for promotional materials, social media posts, press releases, and program guides.
Team & Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative duties and support to the project team.
Experiences & Qualities
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience executing exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Past working experience in the creative, art, and cultural field is highly advantageous.
- Passionate about design, arts, and cultural events.
Communication, Copywriting & Language Skills
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to draft compelling text for marketing and event materials.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish good relationships with different stakeholders.
- Open-minded and sensible in dealing with different people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Mindset & Team Fit
- Self-motivated, result-oriented person with a passion for excellence.
- Strong capability to work both as a team leader and a team player within a small, energetic team.
