For the ultimate in luxury and romance, spend Valentine’s Day with someone special at Vasco.
Chef Paolo Casagrande has created a special nine-course menu available for one night only (14th February 2015). Like all of Vasco’s menus, this meal is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. The menu does of course feature oysters, a Valentine’s Day staple, but here they are served with a coffee and curry emulsion and topped with a ‘pearl’ made from the oyster water. A delicate taste of the ocean.
