Summer Intern (June to August 2025)

About the Program:
PMQ is seeking passionate undergraduates to join our dynamic team and contribute to the vibrant growth of Hong Kong’s creative and design sectors. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the creative industries, offering exposure to real-world projects, and a platform to develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns for creative projects.
• Assist in preparing project documentation including proposals, reports and presentations, while assisting with general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site operations to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.

 Who We’re Looking For:

• Undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Design, Marketing, Communications, Media, Cultural Studies, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Enthusiasm for the creative industries and a desire to learn through hands-on experience.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
