Technician (ICT) – Contract

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

1. Supporting hardware and software installation/maintenance services
2. Troubleshooting hardware/software and networking issues
3. Assisting the manager to execute IT related projects
4. Liaising with all departments and colleagues
5. Preparing technical documents
6. Performing other related duties as assigned

Experiences & Qualities

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related fields
2. At least 2 years experience in IT support or system administration and maintenance
3. Experience in programming is an advantage
4. Strong problem-solving skills and hard working
5. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
