Assistant Leasing Manager – Pop-up Retail (Contract)

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

  1. Handle all pop-up tenancy issues from strategic planning to implementation, mainly focuses on design and creative industries
  2. Handle independently leasing and tenancy administration
  3. Formulate strategies on tenant mix, new letting, renewal and tenancy negotiations
  4. Negotiate with prospects on pop up stores and oversee the leasing agreements
  5. Conduct market research and built good relationship with our tenants

Experiences & Qualities

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, business or property related discipline
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in retail leasing and handling with tenants
  3. With interest, network and experience in creative and design industries
  4. Creativity, with strong market sense and strategic planning skills
  5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  6. Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
