Programme Instructor for Cooking (Part-time)

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Taste Library Curator to create interesting menus and programmes
  2. Direct and supervise preparation assistant while preparing recipes for the programme
  3. Host workshop and food tour or equivalent
  4. Line-up guest chef or visiting instructor for the programme, event or workshop
  5. Assist in social media content idea and production
  6. Assist in overseeing food costs to budgetary requirements
  7. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays on a regular basis
  8. Perform other duties as assigned


Experiences & Qualities

  1. Over 3 years of cooking experience, preferable in restaurant or online channels
  2. Comfortable speaking before a small group or on camera while providing hands on cooking demonstration
  3. Professional communication (written and oral) skills along with professional attitude and appearance
  4. Good organizational skills and ability to effectively solve problems
