Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

  1. Formulate strategies on tenancy mix
  2. Explore potential local create-preneurs mainly target on design and creative industries
  3. Handle all pop-up tenancy issues from strategic planning to implementation and administration
  4. Provide assistance for any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Experiences & Qualities

  1. Degree holder preferably in Marketing/Business or related discipline
  2. Experience and network in design, creative and design industry
  3. Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in arts/design/leasing industry
  4. Creativity, with strong market sense and strategic planning skills
  5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  6. Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
