The new short-term pop-up series highlights the city’s finest amateur culinary talents from all walks of life.

PMQ partnered with the F&B entrepreneurial icon Twins Kitchen to launch Taste Kitchen, an incubator to facilitate the nurturing and promotion of the city’s most promising up & coming culinary talents.
Every month, Taste Kitchen will be transformed into an exciting new restaurant, starring a different chef and a different dining concept. By offering a restaurant space, experienced staff and business guidance from Twins Kitchen, the Incubator Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative to nurture promising young and creative food talents in Hong Kong.
At Taste Kitchen, we believe that every chef should have a chance to dream and a restaurant to shine. We will be the perfect stepping stone for them to achieve something big.
