For a romantic, yet relaxed night out, start your evening with a glass of Ruinart champagne in Aberdeen Street Social’s dining room, with lush greenery and city lights peering through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Executive Chef Chris Whitmore has lovingly created five courses, certain to set the mood, including Lobster and smoked salmon cornet, oyster and pearls and 48 hour braised beef short rib with onion marmalade (HK$600 pp +10%).
End on a sweet high before heading for home with Apple tatin with vanilla ice cream and Crème brûlée with tea soaked prunes.
