People line up for hours to have a bowl of noodles at the UNCHI ramen restaurants created by the talented chef Takahira Matsumura. His first ramen shop, “Human Beings Everybody Noodles” opened in Osaka a few years ago and since then, chef Matsumura launched a few more tongue in cheek brands that are now famous all over Japan.

We’ve invited three of UNCHI’s famous ramen shops to Sake Central, where each will be serving their signature ramen from noon to late night all weekend long. Come to Bar Sake Central for some of Osaka’s best ramen along with a menu of snacks, draft beer and sake and a limited collaboration set-lunch offer!

This is a no reservations weekend, so come early to make sure you get it!
