Starting July, ISONO will bring renowned chefs across the globe into our kitchen, and host pop up concepts each month. Our 1st concept is BIRDS & BUBBLES from NYC, famous for its Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Champagne pairings presented by Sarah Simmons, one of the “50 Best Chefs in New York City”.
During 18 July – 13 Aug, guest can sample the signature dishes of BIRDS & BUBBLES from the 3-course Lunch Menu ($228), 6-course Dinner Tasting Menu ($498 with a glass of champagne) and Weekend Brunch ($468 with free-flow champagne), accompanied with a selection of southern American culinary classics.
On 1 Aug, ISONO will set the stage for a Cross-Cultural Fried Chicken Night between Sarah, celebrity chef Joshua from Twins Kitchen and Spanish chef Jaime from ISONO. Diners will have chance to taste the creative fried chicken recipes in New York, Hong Kong and Spanish styles paired with champagnes from the 6-course menu at $598 per person.
