Olive oil, tea seed oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, lard… oil fills in an important role of our daily life. Craig Au Yeung, curator of PMQ Taste Library, is going to have a two-hour discussion and demonstration to show us more about this essence of our life.

• 3pm: Redress for the lard we are scared of!
• 4pm: Mystery of oil – cold-pressed, extra virgin, smoking point.

15 persons per session, first come, first served.
