【Moveable Feasts | Talk of Craig’s Experience in Artistic Creation】
From The Feast of Nanjing Small Eats for the opening of Si Fang Art Museum to The Blue Banquet at Moca Yinchuan for The China-U.S. Tourism Leadership Summit, Mr. Craig Au-Yeung Ying Chai has travelled to numerous parts of China during the past four years. Curating more than ten extraordinary dining experience, Craig is going to share his creative approaches in those projects for the first time in Hong Kong.
After a 90-minute talk and the Q&A session, Craig will also demonstrate making “Xiang Xi Bao Gu with Golden and Silver Eggs”.
This workshop will be conducted mainly in Cantonese
