【Learn How to Make Rice Dumplings from MamaCheung】

Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon and eating rice dumplings for sure is up on the to-do list! But have you ever made these rice dumplings? If not, let’s come to join the workshop and learn how to make Kee Chang (Sweet Rice Dumplings) from MamaCheung!

MamaCheung was here at PMQ Taste Library in March sharing how to got into cooking and become one of the most popular food YouTuber in Hong Kong. Since Dragon Boat Festival is at the end of the month, MamaCheung would like to teach everyone how to make this festive food. Making rice dumplings requires tremendous work, such as washing the reed leaves and soaking the glutinous rice the day before. However, it can be an amazing family bonding activity.

Participants can make and take away 4 dumplings with either red bean fillings or some innovative fillings prepared by PMQ Taste Library. Sign up now and learn more about this festive food!
