Karen Aruba Art 品牌由本地插畫師Karen於2015年 創立,以獨特具創意的插畫細記背後的故事。

Karen擅長針筆素描,混合時尚的繪畫風格,透過自學的堅持與創作的熱誠,以旅遊及文化生活作為創作靈感。

去年12月,Karen 於國際創意設計展覽的 Design Without Boundaries 主題內展出獨特的麻雀插畫生活 設計,是十位國際設計師中唯一的香港代表。Karen 期望透過插畫延續家族的工藝及文化特色,用創意傳承香港獨特的麻雀工藝故事。

Inspired by family ties in the mahjong tile manufacturing business since 1950s, Karen Aruba Art presents the ‘How to Make Mahjong’ story – an intimate tale that combines family heritage and Hong Kong culture, showcasing how this city’s old tradition of mahjong craftsmanship is transformed into artistry, and how her illustrations can easily integrate into any home decor setting – even a single print – thanks to advanced technology! Creativity, originality, value-adding: that is the faith of Karen Aruba Art to spread this around the world.
