Sapphires are one of the most well loved gemstones. Throughout history they have captivated people with their luminous color that is reminsicent of the deep blue ocean or bright blue sky. However not all sapphires are traditionally blue in color.Together with rubies and emeralds, sapphires have a permanent place in gemstone folklore. Participants will learn from a GIA professional about the many different properties that make up this fascinating gemstone.
