【Let’s take a coffee and pastry break!】

For those who have been to any Scandinavian countries, you probably understand what the word “Fikka” means. It is more than just a coffee break with some pastry on the side, but rather a lifestyle.
In this October, our curator, Andy Lai, will pair up with a local home roaster and barista, Ms. June Chan, to host a coffee sharing and pastry demonstration session. Both of them have recently traveled to Sweden and Norway. Beside sharing what they have seen and eaten in these countries, Andy will demonstrate at least TWO kinds of pastries and June will brew at least FOUR different kinds of coffee which she has bought from Scandinavia in each session.
If you love coffee and pastry, you really don’t want to miss this session! Come and take a one-of-a-kind fika with us!
