【Don’t let treasured family recipes disappear with time】
If you have watched some Japanese TV dramas, you are probably familiar with the concept of Bento and the setting of the kitchen in a Japanese household. In the upcoming “Family Recipes Workshop”, PMQ Taste Library will invite Coco, who is the first Vegetable Sommelier in Hong Kong, to demonstrate how to prepare Tamagoyaki & Teriyaki Chicken Bento traditionally as a Japanese wife.

Some people may think Tamagoyaki is very easy to make, but every family has their own way to make it. The family of Coco’s husband has been living in Tokyo for few generations, and this Tamagoyaki recipe was given by Coco’s mother-in-law in Tokyo when Coco was just married to her husband. If you want to listen to Coco’s story and learn how to make Tamagoyaki & Teriyaki Chicken, then don’t miss this workshop!
