Hong Kong, a city where East meets West, is a fusion of ancient and modern. Diverse culture and multiethnicity have been shaping Hong Kong a complex cultural vibe that embraces creativity and possibilities. To continue the spirit of culture blending in June last year, we are pleased to announce that Cross Generations will return to PMQ from 3rd to 4th November.

Some people consider tradition and culture heritage is a collective memory, whereas some regard this is an everlasting trend. To promote the old and new contrasts of Hong Kong and embrace social inclusion, we have invited iconic brands from different ages to work together. Thirteen traditional and modern local brands will join the Cross Generations to promote fusion food and Hong Kong culture. A series of exceptional workshops- Paper crafting workshop, Paper Mache workshop, fishing net making workshop and kaleidoscope workshop will tell you the beauty of traditional craftmanship.

Beside, Six nostalgia rooms will be showcased in the Marketplace & Courtyard. Concepts and designs are inspired by photography and polaroid studios, Tin Bo House Paper Offering, Mee Wah Qiapo, Tai Wo Tang and Ng Wai Kee salted fish trade. Instant Polaroid service will be provided at the studio rooms. A storyteller will tell brands stories and history of the neighbourhood under the tree at the PMQ entrance. Master from Tin Bo House Paper Offering will also do a live demonstrate there.

Start the living culture tour in PMQ and set off a journey to Hong Kong’s heritage!
