In April’s Cookmunication, we have Ayelet coming in and making some Middle Eastern food with everyone. Ayelet was born and raised in Israel, where she holds fond memories of cooking as a young child. Influenced by her grandparents’ cooking and traditional cuisines from home, she founded Olive Leaf Hong Kong, which offers delectable cuisine, cooking classes and events. Olive Leaf grew out of a desire to share her own food experiences and to promote vegetarianism at its culinary finest.

Ayelet’s belief is that food should be fresh, tasty, healthy, simple and best shared with others. If you want to learn more about Middle Eastern cuisine, sign up for this upcoming Cookmunication Workshop right now!

Dishes will be made with Ayelet at the event,
1: Messabaha – rustic warm cooked hummus made with pestle and mortar
2: Flat bread
3: Green herb salad with lemon and sumac
4: Ma’amoul – date cookies
