Upstairs, diners will be welcomed like royalty with an indulgent array of canapés, oysters, caviar and a welcome glass of Champagne to set the mood. The dinner follows with a Fricassee of peas and broad beans (Paired with Vinao Hillside, Conta Costa County, USA NV and Salmon and miso (Paired with Domaine Lucci, Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills, Australia 2013).
