Our Expectation & Your Responsibilities

  1. Assist Director in leasing function from strategic planning to implementation
  2. Handle independently leasing and tenancy administration and relevant paper work
  3. Formulate strategies on trade/tenant mix, new letting, renewal and tenancy negotiations
  4. Advise on rental trend and rental tactics to reach desired business goals
  5. Oversee the leasing agreements, terms and packages, litigation and correspondences to ensure compliance with licensing and statutory requirements
  6. Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
  7. Handle tenants’ complaints timely and effectively
  8. Understand the up-to-date needs and business development of tenants

Experiences & Qualities

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Building Surveying or  property-related disciplines
  2. At least 5-8 years’ experience in leasing and handling with tenants,
  3. Proven track record in strategic retail development and leasing management
  4. Knowledge of creative industries and designers
  5. Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  6. Experience in negotiation including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations
  7. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
